Ginny, the dog who rescued cats, has crossed over the Rainbow Bridge.  Cats (and people) world-wide will miss her - she was the guardian angel of kitties in need.

We have a lot to add, just not a lot of time to add it. Taking care of all these furry fellows is quite time consuming. But we don't care because there is always a cat who wants a pet or a lap or whatever else they decide on! And we can't forget the dogs who would rather have us take them out for a run in the field or play a game with them.

WE ARE HONORED TO RECEIVE THESE AWARDS

Have you heard of Ginny, the dog who rescues cats? If not, you have to read the true story of her life - and of Philip, her human. It's called The Dog Who Rescues Cats.   She was part of our inspiration to begin Charli's Angels Pet Refuge. We were thrilled when we received her awards for our rescue efforts.  It was a very sad day for her human and furry family when she passed on at 17 years of age.  Thank you to Ginny and her family - human and furry

Chow time for the little ones !

This was the only place we could feed all these babies at one time without the big cats trying to take their food.  Clockwise from the top:  Nigel, Katie, Francis, Weezie (bottom left), and Natalie.

What a hard life these dogs had ! ! !   From the top:  Sasha, Axl (covered up), Eddie and Rosie the bulldog.  All of them were over 10 years old in this picture.  They are all gone now and have left a huge empty place in our hearts and in our home.
